Sorry about the lack of updates for the past few months but we have just been terribly busy. Aside from many many events we have been staffing, we have been upgrading all of our office systems including a new server, additional workstations and software systems.

In our ongoing efforts to become as paperless as possible, we just went live with a new, custom-programmed paperless onboarding system! As a temporary staffing firm, we hire hundreds of people yearly. The resulting mountains of new hire paperwork was burdensome and not environmentally sound. Therefore, after 5 months of programming, we now have all new staff fill out and digitally sign all their new hire paperwork online in a secure environment. Their information then flows seamlessly into our payroll software thereby reducing paperwork drastically and the work necessary to input all their information by our office staff. We’re excited!

Additionally, we opened our Orange County office in Irvine recently and have been busy hiring and training new staff there. So far we have received a great reception and have already been gaining new clients!
